Well, I know its been a long time since i've written in this blog, but as i said before, i'm doing that fun, enjoyable(lol) summer course. So that has occupied most of my time. Today, at atrc, we learnt about how ASL, and a program that some people are developing to help make the internet more accessible for people who use ASL. It was pretty cool, maybe one day, the whole internet will be accessible for people who know asl. So ya, it was interesting! Well, if I have time i will publish something later on!

Story.......a work in progress (not completed yet)

Only 20 and Has Been Across Canada
By Meghan Hines

Alexis Palmiere, is 20 years old, and has been skiing in the Rockies, and touring in Halifax. Some 20 year olds haven’t even been outside of their own city, let alone across Canada. Instead of staying inside the house, playing on the computer, or watching television, Alexis has been extremely active, going skiing many times.

Not only is Alexis physically active, but she is also mentally active. For her local newspaper, the Advocate, in Erin, Ontario, Alexis has written articles about her adventures in Banff, and also about her local school events. As well, in her school she loves the exploration of science, experiments, the theories, and so much more. (More to come.........)
